Who we are. Jadwali Star is an app by Wessam Abdulhadi, Kuwait. Contact: hello@jadwalistar.com.

What we keep. Your email, name and optional photo; your deals with companies (company and contact names, phone numbers, amounts, dates and terms); your meetings, reminders and ready messages; and the deal pictures you upload. Bank details you type into "ready messages" stay in your account and are shown only after Face ID or your phone code.

Where it is kept. On Supabase servers (Europe, Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest. Each person sees only their own data, unless they add an assistant themselves; the assistant sees deals, calendar and payments but never the secret messages.

AI processing. When you use "from WhatsApp", "photo" or "Talk", the text, picture or recording is sent to Google Gemini to be understood and is then discarded by the app; only the details you confirm are saved. The natural voice for the morning message is made by the same service. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Notifications. They are scheduled on your phone itself. "Messages from Jadwali" go to all users or a group, in your language.

Permissions. Camera and photos for your picture and deal pictures, microphone for the voice assistant, calendar if you turn on sync, Face ID for bank details, and notifications. All optional.

Retention and deletion. Your data stays while your account exists. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app: My profile → Delete my account, or email us and we delete it within 7 days.

Children. The app is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes. If this policy changes we tell you inside the app.
